Jake Culkin - Founder & Director

MBA, Bachelor of Business - Sport and Recreation Management

Jake founded Inclusive Swim in 2017, identifying a need for Autistic children to participate in water safety education in a calm and sensory friendly environment. Initially conducting lessons in the North Eastern suburbs of the Adelaide Metropolitan region, Jake has delivered an array of holiday programs and sensory friendly swimming events throughout South Australia.

Most recently, Jake has held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Royal Life Saving South Australia. In this role, Jake has delivered a vast array of inclusive programs, including designing and delivering Autism Friendly programs in collaboration with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

In Jake’s role as director of Inclusive Swim, he is committed to the growth of services, as well as greater advocacy for NDIS support for water safety education

Naomi Mitchell - Administration Manager

Cert IV Bookkeeping and Accounting

With a background in retail, beauty, and administration, Naomi brings a unique mix of creativity and organisation to my role. For the past three years, Naomi has worked in administration within the aquatic industry, and holds a Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Naomi is passionate about crafting, helping others, and watching parents light up when their children achieve the impossible.

Anna Chapple - Aquatic Therapy Lead

MBA, Bachelor of Occupational Therapy

Anna is an Occupational Therapist, Aquatic Therapist and has previously been a swimming instructor. Working with children with disabilities for 20 years as both an Occupational Therapist and swimming instructor, Anna is passionate about providing children with disabilities with the opportunity to learn swimming and water safety skills in safe and supportive environments.
